Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Christmas tree lights. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items within 15 days of your receipt of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • Must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the seasonal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used light sets
  • Products with removed original packaging
  • Custom or special order items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Our Customer Service

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and tree size (e.g., “Christmas Lights for 3-3 1/2′ Trees”)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original receipt or packing slip, and clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

If you’re exchanging for a different product:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference plus shipping costs for the new item
  • If the exchanged item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order information. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
